We prioritize accessibility and strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone who visits Greensboro Complex.

We are committed to continuously working to remove barriers and improve access to our facilities, events, and services for individuals with disabilities. Our commitment to inclusivity ensures that all guests can fully participate and enjoy their experiences at our venues.

Guests with questions regarding Accessibility and Accommodation Services are encouraged to contact Michael Hennis (Guest Services Manager) at (336) 373-7461 or by email at Michael.Hennis@greensboro-nc.gov.

Accessible Parking

Designated accessible parking is provided near the main entrance of all our venues. These spaces, which include van-accessible spots, are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate.

During events, parking lot attendants are available to direct guests to accessible parking spaces. Please make sure that your parking placard is clearly visible to the attendants.

Accessible parking spaces are subject to the same parking fees as general public parking spaces.

Accessible Ticketing

We offer accessible seating options in all of our venues for guests with disabilities. Tickets for guests with disabilities can be purchased through Ticketmaster.com or directly at the Coliseum Box Office. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.
