Tickets for most Greensboro Complex and Tanger Center events can be purchased at either Box Office location.
Mobile ticketing is used for most events at the Greensboro Complex and Tanger Center. Access your tickets through the Ticketmaster app or your mobile browser. Screenshots, printed photos, and prints or scans of tickets are not valid for entry.

Canceled Events
To obtain a refund for tickets purchased with cash, visit the First Horizon Coliseum Ticket Office. Tickets purchased from the Coliseum Ticket Office or Tanger Center Ticket Office using a credit card will automatically be refunded to the card on file. If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, please visit Ticketmaster's Refunds and Exchanges page for more information.
Rescheduled Events
Previously purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date. Refund policies for rescheduled events may vary - please refer to the event's detail page on our website for more information.
Postponed Events
